| Position Requirement: |
| Resposibilities:
- Monitor daily business activities and operations, ensure smooth
and efficient process flow
- Achieve organizational performance particularly for target volume,
profitability, timeliness, productivity in line with company
objectives
- Help out departments with strategic problem solution and drive
direction for decision making
- Responsible for sales budget and profit target of the company
- Supervise closely office management and human resources
- Ability to review and prepare a legal contract is an added advantage
- Based in Macau office
Requirements:
- Min 15 years managerial experience in similar capacity
- solid working experience in China, Hong Kong or Macau
- Broadminded, quick decision maker and have strong sense on customer
side issues
- Demonstrated ability in leading coaching a business operations and
clear vision to set strategic directions and goals
- Excellent leadership skill providing drive and energy to motivate
the sales team to follow up tasks on track and on time
- Fluency in written and spoken English, able to speak other language
is a plus |
