| Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare shipping documents
• Secretarial support to manager
• Daily administrative duties
• Book-keeping, and Ad-hoc tasks as directed
Requirements:
• 2 years experience in administrative/secretarial duties, w/ shipping knowledge (fresh graduate student can apply for Junior position)
• Accounting knowledge preferred
• Responsible, detail-oriented and good communications skill
• Flexible and capable to meet deadline and work under pressure
• Computer literate, proficiency in MS Office
• Good command in spoken & written English, Cantonese, Mandarin
