Job Requirements:
- High school graduated or above with hotel operation and management training is a definite advantage.
- At least 5 years supervisory and management experience in Food & Beverage especially in western / Asian restaurant’s operations
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
- Responsible, patient, a strong team leader and motivator.
- Able to maintain excellent services to guests and make sure all guests receive courteous and efficient service.
