Customer Service Officer
Job Description:
The incumbent is responsible for providing quality customer services, including inquiry & complaint handling, and general administrative work, at our service center.
Requirements:
· Form 5 or above
· 1 year or above relevant experience in customer services field is preferred
· Good command of written & spoken Cantonese, communicative level of English and Mandarin
· Result-oriented and self-motivated with strong desire to success
· Fresh graduates will be considered as well.
· Candidates with higher qualifications will be considered as “Senior Customer Service Officer”

職責:
負責在客戶服務中心提供優質的客戶服務,包括處理顧客查詢及投訴,及一般文職工作。
資歷:
· 中五程度
· 1年或以上工作經驗,具客戶服務經驗者優先
· 良好粵語,一般英語,一般普通話
· 積極主動,有上進心及有良好溝通技巧
· 應屆畢業生亦會考慮
· 經驗較優者,可申請"資深客戶服務主任" 一職
