| Position Requirement: |
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations;
- Prepare, submit and negotiate project final accounts;
- Provide advice to project staff on commercial and contractual matters;
- Certification of subcontractor regular valuations and final accounts;
- Ensure that business commercial processes are adhered to project level.
Academic Requirements:
- Higher education degree / diploma preferably in construction related majors;
- professional qualification in quantity surveying will be an advantage.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 10 years practical experience of quantity surveying for building contractor;
- experience in casino and hotel projects will be preferred.
Salary Offered:
- 50K above, subject to actual experience.
Work Location:
- Required to work at site office.
Remarks:
- Macau resident will be preferred.
