• To provide administrative support to the retail operations team 
• To prepare regular analysis reports (such as sales and product performance, staff performance and KPI)
• To update and maintain retail operations policy and procedure manual for shops
• To support retail administration for all the POS e.g. sales report and memo
• To coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth retail operations
• To work closely between office and retail shops on daily retail operations issues
• To handle other ad-hoc tasks and projects

We are looking for

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 2 years retail administration experience
• Strong numeric sense and analytical skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, can meet the tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Highly proactive, supportive, detailed oriented and responsible
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Station in Macau is required
