Our Client is a leading International Luxury Group with a wide range of brands and is looking for the following candidate: 

Retail Manager / Boutique Manager / Assistant Boutique Manager / Sales Supervisor / Sales Associates

Job Duties

·        Manage and motivate the boutique staff in order to achieve or surpass monthly and yearly sales targets

·        Build a strong relationship and loyalty with customers

·        Responsible for reaching sales targets

·        Motivate the sales staff in order to deliver outstanding customer service.

·        Work with the back office team to develop visual merchandising and display

·        Cost control and inventory control

·        Implement marketing activities.

Job requirements

·        Minimum 5 years' managerial experience in luxury brands

·        Preferences will be given to Candidates with Macau ID

·        Form 5 graduate or above with good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese 

·        Pleasant, hard-working, service-minded and well-organised.

·        Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese, Mandarin.

·        Computer Knowledge

·        Excellent communications skills.

Less experienced candidates will be considered for the position of Boutique Manager, Assistant Boutique Manager, Sales Supervisor or Sales Associates.
