Our client is one of the biggest companies within leather goods industrial. They expanded their business more than 70 countries all over the world and currently more than 10,000 employees. More than 10 leading luxury brands under the group. They are currently seeking a Department Manager with significant luxury retail experience to join their leadership team in their flagship store.

We are now seeking for a DEPARTMENT MANAGER (WORLD CLASS

BRAND)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reporting directly into the Store Manager
• Lead a team of up to seven sales associates
• This role will primarily revolve around People and Sales Management
• Excel in sales, as well as engage in continuous training and performance management, to ensure your team continue to succeed
• Be accountable for strategic stock management, visual merchandising of the entire department and VIP database management
• Representing and acting as an ambassador for a brand
• Provide exceptional service to our customers and building a strong customer base for the stores
• Enforce shop display guidelines amongst team in tidy, constructive and respectful manner
• Follow all the policies, procedures and processes of the company. Responsible for boutique adherence to company retail operating and security procedures
• Well-groomed and presentable outfit 

QUALIFCATION

• Minimum 4 years of relevant luxury retail experience
• Professional, immaculate, and sales savvy, exposure to luxury fashion, and preferably leather goods/accessories
• Excellent leadership and self-motivated
• Be able to work under pressure
• Well Communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of computing system
• Good communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
