Position Requirement: |
• Ensures the proper turnover of slot machine keys between outgoing and incoming Slot Supervisors and Slot Technicians;
• Ensures the daily machines’ figures corrective. Prepares daily SDS and
manual reports through provided checklists. Verifies all generated
reports;
• Ensures all Electronic games facilities (slot machines, jackpot displaying signage, BMC equipment, etc) are running normally;
• Prepares and submits correct daily jackpots reports;
• Implements a preventive maintenance program to ensure that all slot
machines and other electronic gaming equipment and devices are in
perfect operating condition;
• Validates jackpots when required;
• Reports to the Senior Slot Shift Manager all the SDS system faults and machine malfunctions;
• Prepares internal memorandum for the signature of the Senior Slot Shift Manager;
• Prepares the work schedules and duty assignments of slot machine area personnel for approval of the Senior Slot Shift Manager;
• Ensures that optimum customer service is accorded to players by slot machines area personnel and auxiliary staff;
• Performs with approved signing privileges to deserving players for complimentary food, beverages, and/or other amenities;
• Investigates and resolves reported infractions, procedural deviations,
disputes, or claims at the slot machine area and proper reports to
Senior Slot Shift Manager or above;
• Monitors and records the daily reports of Slot Supervisor;
• Notifies all Slot personnel about new instructions or notification
from other department especially messages from Group Human Resources
Department and Executive management;
• Motivates and extends guidance to slot machine area personnel in order to improve work behavior and job performance;
• Notifies the Senior Slot Shift Manager of any incident of doubtful in
nature. Proper hands over messages to notify any Slot personnel;
• Analyzes the cause of counted bill variance on BMC report and reports for rectification;
• Ensures there are sufficient spare machine payout tickets and forms for daily operation;
• Performs other duties as may be designated by the Senior Slot Shift Manager or management.
Qualifications: • Master's degree / Bachelor's degree / Post graduate diploma or equivalent education required • Minimum 7 years working experience in Casino Management • Possess good computer skills such as MS Office, any electronic gaming / slot machine system or software • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent English oral and written communication skills, and other additional langaugse is a plus
