Job Responsibilities:
Sales ‧ To achieve the sales target assigned by the company as well as the collection target. ‧ To be very familiarize with all company products and its categorized pricing structure prior to approach customers. ‧ Off Trade: Understand the operational procedure and habit of stores and supermarket, getting along with Local buyer for fair contract deal and promotion support to enhance company’s market position / ‧ On Trade: Understand the operational procedure and habit of hotel, restaurant and outlets, getting along with Local buyer for fair contract deal and promotion support to enhance company’s market position. ‧ Review the sales trend of each product, push the sales of slow moving item by using effective promotional tools. ‧ Effective account management by using weekly sales call plan, productivities measurement, daily sales & collection report etc. ‧ To work diligently in developing new potential accounts in the designated territory and subsequently increase sales volume in retail segment under company guidelines. ‧ Follow up company policy and criteria in selection accounts to avoid bad debt issue. ‧ Conduct regular sales visit for all the active accounts to maintain and develop further business partnership . ‧ Understand and be very clear in targeted customers’ needs and their unique business environment when dealing with them.
Customer service support ‧ To follow through on their daily operation requirement in terms of inventory management (placing order, delivery and replacement) training needs. ‧ Promotion, sponsorship and festival support.
Collection payment ‧ To be very prudent when negotiate on payment terms for contract and should strictly adhered to company policy unless approved by senior management. ‧ To be responsible for month end payment collection for the assigned accounts and alert management when in doubt.
Administration ‧ Compile daily sales call, weekly sales call plan, monthly promotion plan and sales statistic report to update Director of Sales on work progress. ‧ Follow up on finalization of business contract for respective accounts as well as renewal for current accounts. ‧ To update account profile on daily basis with regards to contact, ordering pattern, price structure and business agreement.
Others ‧ Take up any other projects assigned by Area Sales Manager – Macau.
Job Requirements: ‧ Degree or above ‧ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in F&B or wine business. ‧ Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua. ‧ *Authorized to work in Macau a must (preferably with Macau ID). ‧ Proficiency in computer software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook) and Chinese word processing.
About our Client: A China’s largest importer and distributor of premium wine, representing over hundreds of wines and more than 70 winemakers from Asian countries.
