| Position Requirement: |
Provides strategic IT leadership for NagaCorp. The Director, IT Projects is responsible for defining the architecture roadmap of the products and solutions we will require for the new complex while simultaneously supporting the IT department and the company’s overall strategic plan.
• Uses Enterprise Architecture concepts and industry best practices to design efficient, future proof and supportable IT solutions for our upcoming construction projects;
• Conducts technical research on network, storage, hardware, software, cabling, power, telephony and other IT solutions for upcoming building projects;
• Recommends (based on research) possible solutions for new environment;
• Undertakes detailed technical designs of the environments, including room layouts;
• Champions, when applicable, emerging information technologies such as mobile, social, cloud, and big data to drive efficiency and enables differentiating business capabilities;
• Documents and promotes systems engineering best practices;
• Plans and coordinates of tasks relating to the implementation of network, storage, hardware, software, cabling, power, telephony and other IT solutions;
• Works with architects, project managers and the business and other technical staff to ensure regular and effective communication between stakeholders;
• Contributes to the leadership group by providing quality advice and insights into IT strategy and innovation;
• Develops and implements IT roadmap for the next 3 to 5 years; defines and measures IT KPIs;
• Ensures third party providers adhere to agreed Service Level Agreements;
• Provides supporting capability in areas such as systems, integration, testing and development;
• Provides governance over all IT hardware and software problems;
• Develops and implements structured change management process. |
