| 職位要求： |
| Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operational activities of Distribution Centre
- Enhance the effectiveness and effciency of the operational flows
- Actively look for efficient and effective ways to reduce costs while maintaining same KPIs and better service levels
- Execute new initiatives to improve work processes, safety and security
- Dfficient manpower arrangement and monitoring
- Maintain accurate transaction records and reports
- Maintain good communication with internal and external parties
- Develop and maintain a professional and motivated operations team
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Store Supervision / Logistics / Supply Chain Management or above
- Minimum 8 year' relevant operational experience in a Distribution Centre of significant size, in which at least 5 years' experience in managerial / supervisory level
- Good knowledge on warehouse operations, inventory management and VAS
- Proficient computer skill in MS Office, knowledge of WMS and ERP advantageous
- Possession of valid forklift operating license will be an added advantage
