職位要求: |
Part Time Human Resources Assistant (Contracted 6 months)
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining HR records and files.
- Perform onboarding administration tasks – prepare new hire welcome kit and ensure new employees complete required documentation.
- Maintain accurate up-to-date employee records, including digitalization of employees p-file
- Prepare documentation for work permit application
- Assist with various HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and recruitment activities
Profile - Proficient in spoken / written English & Cantonese
- Minimum a Diploma, Degree graduate or professional certificate in Human Resources Management.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and records.
- Able to multitask and set priorities
- A team player who can perform in a fast pace environment
- Good communication skills
