Front Office
1. Ensure all guests have a homely feeling during their stay at the hotel, and to achieve higher standard and guest’s expectations
2. Handle all guest’s related issue and to assist to his/her capability, to consult the upper Management if guest is not satisfied with the provided solution
3. Ensure that all departing guests are checked out according to billing instructions with the best attention and services at all times
4. Carry out other duties as and when assigned by the superior
Job requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Have related experience is preferred
- Self-motivated, strong service minded and able to work independently
