Responsibilities Answer product and service questions from
customers Maintain customer records by updating account
information Maintain customers’ satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
through communication Customer relationship management Handle customer enquiry on product and service questions, provide
appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts
and file documents Handle Ad hoc duties
Requirements Post-secondary graduates with 1 to 2 years experience Proven customer support experience or experience as a client
service representative Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different
