Vacancies: 2 Work Place: Macau central area Remuneration: Negotiable Job Description: - Administrative duties;
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries; produce correspondence;
- Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
- Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts;
- Scheduling meetings and arranging appointments;
- Devising and maintaining office systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Requirements: - High school graduate or above;
- Chinese, and English languages (knowledge of Portuguese will be preferred);
- + 2 years related work experience.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:30 am to 6:30pm, with a lunch break between 1:00pm and 2:30pm. - We offer competitive remuneration, guaranteed double pay, discretionary performance bonus,
- 5-day work, 14 days annual leave, public holidays as determined by the government, comprehensive health insurance, social security.
