Instructor Trainee
Duties:
1. Participate in the training program development in accordance to international standards;
2. Prepare and update training materials;
3. Participate in the delivery of training courses;
4. Study training needs and participate in the development of training courses;
5. Translate training materials from English to Chinese or Chinese to English.
Requirements:
A. Macau residence with Macau ID card;
B. Over 28 years old with a minimun of 5 years working experience;
C. No criminal record or conviction;
D. Bachelor degree or above;
E. Competent in the use of various computer software;
F. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
G. Excellent people skills;
H. Motivated and must be a good team player;
I. Capable to perform tasks independently and under pressure;
J. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin;
K. Capable to deliver training in Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
L. Priority will be given to those with prior training experience.
