Responsibilities:- Manage daily operation of all-round HR function in Macau including recruitment & selection, C&B, employee relations, performance management, training & development
- Work proactively with line managers and top management on manpower planning, annual salary review and budgeting
- Monitor all office administration activities including office maintenance, insurance, office supplies and equipment
- Develop and prepare HR reports for management analysis
- Provide administrative support and perform ad hoc duties as assisgned
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above in Human Resources management, Business administration or related discipline
- Min 6 years solid hands-on HR & Administration experience
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS office word, excel, access
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong of responsibility, detail-oriented, well organized and self-motivated
- Relevant engineering working experience
