Job Responsibilities:
Provide sales administrative support to the sales team including sales order
entry, credit note and documentation filing
Coordinate with distribution center for delivery arrangement
Handle phone enquiries from internal and external parties
Perform ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
Form 6 / above
Min. 1 years working experience in customer service or order processing
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Able to work under pressure and tight schedules
Good command in both written & spoken English
Immediate available is preferred
