Job Responsibilities:
- Handle merchant payments and ensure settlement is met within preset service standard and keep proper records; and ensure relatedreconciliation is performed on a daily basis
- Answer enquiries from Customer Service hotline and resolve problems/complaints in efficient manner
- Take carer of Bonus Point redemption enquiries and ensure the applications are valid for processing, and ready for mailing to cardholders
- Handle cards embossing and ensure all cards are well checked and packed.
- Prepare card statistics for evaluation on Marketing Program and keep check the redemption products of marketing
- Perform fraud monitoring on credit card account via Fraud System
- Internal voucher capturing via Credit Card System
Requirements:
- Diploma or above, preferably in Business studies
- knowledge of the bank systems eg. Credit Card System, HUB, and general accounting knowledge.
- Good command of English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Good PC skills in word and excel
