Job Responsibilities
• Maintain oversight and coordinate construction,
relocation and renovation activities related to the
properties;
• Prepare and review project programs and schedules;
• Oversee coordination of interior design, relocation
and renovation projects;
• Conduct regular reviews of schematic designs, design
development, and construction documents prior to and
during implementation of works;
• Review, draft, and finalize scope statements for
planned works;
• Review and action requests for qualification and
requests for proposals for consulting contracts and
purchase orders;
• Assist to negotiate and review professional services
contracts;
• Participate in planning meetings with design and
construction professionals;
• Coordinate deliverables including design and
purchasing requirements for each project and maintain
project schedules;
• Assist to coordinate pre-construction planning with
design teams;
• Issue weekly and monthly progress reports for senior
management and others;
• Oversee all on-site observations and inspections and
ensure relevant documentation of these activities;
• Coordinate and schedule training of building users and
maintenance staff on building systems and equipment;
• Coordinate project completion documentation and other
requirements.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of related experience;
• Diploma or above in building studies / construction
management / civil engineering or related discipline;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and
Chinese;
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project;
• Able to multi-task various projects simultaneously;
• High level of responsibility.
