Job Description
· Develop and sustain good relationship with client as well as to support their hiring needs
· Provide recruitment strategies and solution advices to clients
· Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process from job advertising, proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing to onboarding of candidates
· Required to meet weekly KPIs
Job Requirement
· Outgoing and willing to communicate and interact with clients on regular basis
· Prefer to have working experience in recruitment or retail sales industry
· You are customer-oriented, confident in networking in social situations, you are also a strong team player with excellent communications skills
· Proactive, mature and able to work independently
· Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
· Fluent in English and Cantonese, proficient Mandarin is also preferred
· Macau resident is a must
