| Our client is a well known luxury brand, currently looking for a HR Executive in Macau
Responsibility - Forecast company hiring needs
- Design and post job ads to attract qualified candidates for in-store junior and senior positions
- Calculate and report on employee turnover rates (monthly, quarterly and annually)
- Plan attractive compensation and benefits packages to increase retention
- Onboard and train new hires
- Manage payroll considering overtime, flexible schedules and seasonal employment
Requirement - 3 years of HR related working experience in luxury retail industry
- Familiar with Macau Labor Law
- Good command in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Macau ID holder
- Immediately available is preferred
