Our client – a leading Environment Technology and Solution
Services Provider is looking for Human Resources Officer to support the C&B
function,
Responsibilities:

Provide full
spectrum of HR function and focus in function of compensation & benefits
·
Assist in
day-to-day C&B duties, including leave and attendance administration, staff
record management, final payment calculation, government tax, social security
fund contribution and filing;
·
Support monthly
payroll calculation, including staff data maintenance, movement transaction
data input, OT calculation and monitoring the accuracy of personal data in the
Payroll system;
Requirement:
·
Degree holder in Human Resources Management
or related discipline
·
3-5 years of relevant HR experience in
sizable companies and handle volume headcounts
·
Experienced in using HRIS system for
payroll calculation
·
Familiar with all Macau employment
related ordinances
·
Proficiency in computer knowledge,
including Word, Excel (formula setting) & Powerpoint
·
Good command of both written and spoken
English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
·
Holder of a valid Macao SAR Resident
