Department Manager/ Assistant Store Manager
Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operation
of the store and maintain the highest standard of shop environment
- Work closely with the Store Manager
to drives sales, oversee team performance and be responsible for taking
care of the operational duties
- Responsible to liaise with
Store Manager on KPI Objectives settings, to execute and ensure the
achievement of sales target and KPIs
- Setting strategic long and
short term departmental goals and evaluate outcomes with the Store Manager
- Demonstrate a strong sense
of management skill in people management, sales performance management and
leadership skill
- Lead, supervise and coach
the team to deliver excellent customer services, solicit customer
feedbacks and understand customer needs
- Drives and leads accurate
stock management and timely implementation of seasonal updates and events
in line with the brand
Position Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years solid shop
sales experience with at least 2 years in managerial level, preferably in
high-end retail industry
- Degree holder with good
command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Good leadership with
excellent communications and people management skills
- Good team player with
ability to coach and train sales staff
- Strong PC skills and
experience in daily back office reports
