Key Responsibilities :
u Assist Project Manager in project planning, co-ordination; liaise with architects, consultants and main contractors on design & construction details and compilation of progress report, minutes of meetings, etc
Requirements :
Ø Higher Diploma or Certificate in Building Studies / Building Services or related disciplines
Ø 2 – 3 years of relevant experience
Ø Able to handle shop drawings and project independently
Ø Proficiency in application of AutoCAD and MS Office is a definite advantage
Ø Experience in kitchen or fitting out work is preferred
Ø Hard working, attention to details, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
