· Provide WCDMA RAN technical support for customers in Hong Kong & Macau
· Support WCDMA RAN trouble shooting and emergency recovery activities
· Troubleshoot with creativity and different approaches for severe, undefined problems in networks and propose suitable resolving solutions
· Implement the latest RAN SW and features
· Manage and tackle the challenges related to SW quality
· Participate in technical knowledge sharing to strengthen local competence in WCDMA RAN and IP network topology
· Technical interface of Service Delivery & Operations organization towards Global and Regional Support Units.
· Bachelor degree in IT, Telecommunication or Electronic Engineering
· At least 2 years experience in WCDMA RAN nodes
· Good knowledge in the latest RAN & IP network topology principles & techniques
· Good experience in customer support activities for WRAN related products
· Access to and experience with using the latest troubleshooting tools and techniques
· Basic knowledge in both GSM and WCDMA network
· Knowledge of Ericsson technologies is a definite asset
· Self initiative, independent and able to work under pressure
· A good team player with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
· Pro-active, customer-oriented with good customer communication skills
· Strong passion in learning new technologies and willing to share knowledge with colleagues and customers
· Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese. Mandarin speaking is a plus.
