· Perform support service delivery including customer support requests handling, problem investigation, software maintenance delivery and network support in Hong Kong and Macau
· Undertake network deployment and integration activities covering implementation, expansion and upgrade of telecom and datacom networks
· Interact with customers and colleagues at all levels
· Participate in technical reviews and derive leads and solution based on customer’s need
· Provide 7x24 support in roster and work outside normal hours and overseas when necessary
· Drive service delivery performance in accordance with Ericsson’s Operational Excellence targets.
· Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunication / Information Technology or related discipline
· At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Telecom / Datacom industry
· IP, Unix and Server knowledge is a must
· Familiar with Radius, DNS, DHCP, RANAP, Firewall and Routers in Telco multivendor environment
· Basic knowledge in both GSM and WCDMA network
· Cisco CCNP and / or Juniper certification is an advantage
· Extreme and Redback product knowledge is highly preferred
· Knowledge of Ericsson technologies is a definite asset
· A good team player with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
· Self initiative, independent and able to work under pressure
· Pro-active, customer-oriented with good customer communication skills
· Strong passion in learning new technologies and willing to share knowledge with colleagues and customers
· Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese. Mandarin speaking is a plus.
