| Position Requirement: |
| compensation: Salary (10K-15K) plus sales bonus.
You will be responsible in formulating and implementing leasing and marketing strategies of property portfolios of the business center you are responsible for to generate the highest possible of income.
You will be responsible of generating market report access rental levels, to forecast rental revenue expenditures. You will set rental revenue target and incentive scheme to boost rental performance of your team.
You will be developing relationships with prospective tenants through cold-calling and networking. You will review and negotiate new and renewal leases and other related agreements.
You will be managing a network of real estate agents to ensure that the business center is marketed appropriately and effectively.
You must develop, update and present leasing reports to Vice President or Area Leasing Manager on monthly basis. You need to interact with other functions such as public relation and customer support to facilitate each other’s work.
You will be rewarded with sales bonus.
Qualification Requirements:
College degree. Over two years plus of industry experience, proven sales, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must have a reliable book of contacts in the area.
Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to handle and facilitate projects with minimal supervision.
A good level of English, both verbal and written, is required.
fluent Cantonese is necessary.
Proficient with MS Office, Excel. Ability to handle and facilitate projects with minimal supervision.
Leadership and business acumen is necessary.
