Position Requirement:
Responsibility: You will be overseeing the smooth running of the business center and its profitability. You will oversee the final phase of refurbishment of the business center. You must ensure the center in excellent condition as it is important for existing clients as well as walk-in potential clients. You will be involved in the recruitment, training, organizing and monitoring staff of the business center when necessary. You will ensure the excellent service provided to the clients. You will be communicating with clients and center manager in the regular basis to know their needs and the level of satisfaction. You need to deal with customer complaints, comments and enquiries. You will be managing the profit and loss of the center and achieving the profit target. You need to negotiate with clients and close deals with them when necessary. You need to ensure revenue generation. You need to manage budgets and financial plans of the center. You will be responsible for day-to-day troubleshooting and addressing problems as they arise. You must understand all aspects of company operations and IT system. You must be willing to take other tasks deemed necessary from senior management. Qualification Requirements  College degree in business administration, real estate, finance or related field.  Two years plus of industry experience, proven sales, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.  Demonstrated ability to influence and work effectively across an organization.  Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to handle and facilitate projects with minimal supervision.  Eyes for details and result oriented.  A good level of English, both verbal and written, is required. Fluent Cantonese is necessary.  Proficient with MS Office, Excel. Ability to handle and facilitate projects with minimal supervision.  Leadership and business acumen is necessary.
