职位描述: 1、制定别墅/会所/家居的各项工作制度，对制度完成情况跟踪落实； 2、制定别墅/会所/家居工作人员（家佣）的人事制度，进行档案和考勤管理； 3、负责别墅/会所/家居的接待工作； 4、负责别墅/会所/家居的绿化、保洁，客人（家人）餐饮的营养均衡配餐； 5、负责别墅 /会所/家居的一般采购计划，实现消费预算平衡 6、安排客人（家人）的生活起居，进行家居布置； 7、完成领导交办的其他工作。任职资格： 1、男女不限，男士身高172cm以上，女士身高160cm以上。本科以上学历。英语四级以上，听说能力佳； 2、持C1以上驾照，两年以上驾龄，熟悉商务礼仪 3、具酒店管理、高级物业管理及企业高级助理经验者优先； 4、熟练掌握使用办公软件，了解家居保洁整理技能，了解财务管理知识，了解餐饮制作，了解家庭护理、儿童早教等，具海外相应工作经验者优先； 5、持营养师证、高级物业经理资格证者优先； 6、有较强的综合协调能力和组织管理能力，具有较强警惕性和处理突发事件的能力，工作认真细致，条理性强，积极主动执行交办工作。一经录用待遇从优有意者請通過澳門人才網在綫申請，合則約見。
