工程部主任 工作職責： - 監督保安、清潔、工程及維修部的工作
- 確保所有安裝符合澳門法例規範
- 與不同政府部門(如︰土地工務局/消防局/旅遊局/市政署)協調及跟進政府部門巡查之相關事宜
- 協助上級監察各承判商的安裝、測試及交收工作
- 協調日常的維修保養工作，安排下屬技術員跟進完成定期的指派任務，包括︰各機電設備的巡查、維護等
- 撰寫報告、會議摘要及其它計劃準備
職位要求︰ - 工程系相關學士學位或同等學歷，及持有48小時安全督導員證書優先
- 至少5年相關的工程經驗，有零售/商場營運或及屋宇設備管理經驗者優先
- 熟悉零售商店/餐飲等相關的澳門法例規範
- 有良好的電腦技能，如AutoCAD、PPT、Microsoft Office等
- 能書寫及操流利的粵語、普通話及英語
- 良好的團隊合作精神，積極主動的態度和上進心
