行政人事副經理/主任 (HR & Admin. Assistant Manager / Supervisor) 職責描述： - 負責日常人力資源的工作，包括考勤核算、績效及福利管理、請假/出勤管理等
- 管理及持續優化人事檔案，做好各類人力資源統計、分析和人才庫建立等工作
- 領導全方位招聘活動，包括篩選、面試和聘請
- 根據行業和公司發展狀況，積極參與制定人力資源規劃和年薪及福利評估
- 實施人力資源政策和程序，確保公司的政策和程序符合本地法規和市場慣例
- 建立及實施員工溝通活動、培訓和關懷計劃
- 負責與公司各部門的溝通、協調工作
- 管理日常公司行政工作及舉辦公司活動
職位要求： - 大學畢業或以上學歷，主修公共行政、人力資源等相關專業優先考慮
- 具 6 年或以上相關工作經驗及 3 年或以上管理經驗; 如少於3年相關管理經驗者，可考慮為行政人事主任
- 必須熟悉澳門勞工法例
- 具備良好的英文及中文溝通能力
- 熟悉運用 MS office 軟件，包括 EXCEL 表格操作及函數公式運用
- 有運用人事系統經驗優先
- 具備獨立處事能力、有責任心及親和力
- 具有較強的管理能力及良好的溝通協調能力
