會計及財務文員 (Accounting & Finance Officer) 職責描述： - 審核財務單據、整理檔案、管理發票並及時入賬和存檔
- 處理公司銀行帳目，及時跟進應收應付款項及往來帳
- 統計、呈交、保管各類薪資結算及財務報表和報告
- 協助上級開展財務內部的溝通協調工作
- 優化及落實財務管理方法
職位要求： - 大學畢業或以上，主修財務、會計相關專業
- 歡迎應屆畢業生，有財務、會計相關實習經驗者優先
- 熟悉運用MS office軟件
- 較強的數據處理能力及對數字的敏感度，熟悉財務軟件優先
- 具備良好的英文及中文溝通能力
- 有責任心，事業進取心及壓力處理能力
- 工作認真細致，應變能力及保密意識強
