會計及行政主任 (Account & Admin Officer) 主要職責 (Key Responsibilities):
- 能獨立處理全盤會計帳目: 包括月結, 年結;
- 編制會計記帳憑證, 建立和處理發票, 電腦入帳 (記錄會計帳冊);
- 制作分類帳, 總帳, 應收帳, 應付帳等;
- 協助完成稅務申報及年度审計工作;
- 負責收入, 成本, 費用的审核及監督及時核對應收, 應付款項及往來帳;
- 處理辦公室日常行政事務工作;
- 協助辦理僱員合約, 入職, 保險事項;
- 跟進各項商業登記文件及政府公函, 公司資料變更及歸檔等事項;
- 完成公司安排的其他臨時事項.
職位要求 (Requirements):
- 持有會計高級文憑或學士學位;
- 三年以上處理全盤帳, 會計及其相關專業經驗,;
- 具人事及行政相關工作經驗;
- 熟練會計軟件操作;
- 具中,英文書寫能力及電腦文書處理(Word; Excel )能力等;
- 能獨立工作, 處事細心, 有責任感, 積極主動, 具良好溝通技巧及團隊合作精神.
