Our subsidiary LT Game Limited is one of the major gaming and casino providers in Macau and Asia Pacific region. To cope with our rapid expansion, we would like to invite high caliber candidates to fill the following position:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough audits of casino gaming activities to ensure compliance with established procedures, industry regulations, and internal policies.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices, cybersecurity regulations, and compliance requirements specific to gaming operations.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation related to gaming audits, producing comprehensive reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
• Work closely with regulatory bodies to ensure our gaming operations align with their requirements and standards.
• Conduct risk assessments related to gaming activities, identifying potential areas of non-compliance and recommending corrective actions.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on gaming compliance standards and best practices.
• Develop audit plans and strategies to systematically review gaming processes, controls, and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Gaming Management, Information Technology or a related field.
• Previous experience in gaming operation, gaming audit and/or compliance roles is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex gaming regulations and assess their impact on our operation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey audit findings and compliance requirements.
• Meticulous attention to detail in conducting audits and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Familiarity with gaming regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and regulatory bodies to achieve and maintain gaming compliance.
