Store Manager | Fashion Retail - Macau (up to 55k)

Our client is a well-known fashion brand in the globe. They are now looking for a potential store manager to oversee the daily operations of the stores in Macau.

Job Responsibilities

• Creating and implementing efficient processes and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
• Analyzing KPIs such as sales, profit margins, and inventory turnover will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement.
• Providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations will be essential for motivating and developing the team.
• Monitoring sales performance and providing guidance and support to the team to drive sales growth will be essential.
• Staying updated on current fashion trends, product knowledge, and industry developments to provide expert advice to customers will be necessary.
• Ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and resolving any customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner will be crucial.
  
  

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• 3+ years working experience in fashion retail management
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Self-motivation with passion to take initiative in exceeding business, team and individual.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional service and build positive relationships with customers
