Accounting Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Senior Accountant. 

• Perform general accounting duties including journal entry in the Accounting system, account reconciliations, document sorting a filing and safekeeping of financial records. 

• Participate in the monthly financial closing processes. 

• Prepare monthly financial reports.

• Aid in annual external and internal audits.

• Support other ad hoc assignments as needed. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor degree in Accounting. 

• Preferable with at least two years of working experience in Accounting.

• Proficient with MS Excel and/or Google Workspace.

• Experience with Accounting softwares such as AS400, Sage or SAP.

• Good command of both English and Chinese.

• Organized, attention to detail, eager to learn, team-player and able to work under pressure. 

• Macau ID holders ONLY.

• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
