Position: Project Coordinator 項目協調員

Founded in 2010, is an architectural practice providing Architecture and Project Consultancy Service. JWCC is composed of Architects, Interior Designer, Project-Coordinators, and supportive team of multi-cultural background with the common vision to deliver architectural and interior design excellence through research, innovation, and collaboration.
With the growth of our studio, we would like to invite a Project Coordinator with the following experience to join our team:
Skills Required:
- - Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Construction Industry of Consultancy Role.
- - Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, Organizing, attending and follow-up from project meetings.
- - Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings Ensuring project deadlines and deliverables are met.
- - Can work in both team environment and independently.
- - Fluent in English and Cantonese (written and verbal) will be an advantage.
This position will be suitable for individuals who wish to strive for the highest standards to continues learn and grow with the JWCC team and who wants to go with for the extra miles.
