Software Development Team Leader

• Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.
• Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
• Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
• Package and support deployment of releases.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a business systems analyst.
• Able to analyze system requirements and data.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Proficient with Java, Nodejs, .Net Core, ReactJS or AngularJs and SQL
• In-depth knowledge and experience with developing web applications with service-oriented framework, Microservices and Rest APIs
• Experience in architectural and implementation-level design.
• Experience in people management with the ability to lead a team (including team building , delegation, autonomy, motivation, Coaching).
