Instructor 飛行教練

Requirement:

• High school graduate or above
• Physical work required – Must be able to pass the fitness test as required by the company
• Bilingual - Liaise with English and Chinese customers
• Team player and motivated, energetic and result-oriented
• Good sense of customer service, patience and responsibility
• Advantage if have a background in a safety position or safety-first environment
• Candidates with Aerodium instructor certificate will be more preferable. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform all the duties necessary to fulfil the requirement of the role of instructor, including training of customers for the flight experience
• Ensure the safety of the customer, brief and debriefing of the customers etc
• The role of the instructor shall also include the duties of a Customer Service Associate such as ticketing, cashier and customer enquiries support

主要職責：

• 履行所有教續角色必要的職責，包括為客戶提供飛行體驗培訓
• 確保客戶的安全，向客戶講解安全要求及確保客戶明白
• 支援客戶服務工作，包括票務銷售、出納及客戶查詢等
