Accounting Executive 會計文員

Requirements: 

• Degree holder of Finance and Accounting; fresh graduates are welcome;
• With at least 1 year’s experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable Management;
• Proficient in Microsoft and has working knowledge of computerized accounting software.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Mainly responsible for accounts receivable and payable
• Perform invoice checking and entries
• Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records in a timely and accurate manner
• Support staff petty cash reimbursement and accounts payable
• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
• Support office administration work
• Performance outdoor assignment as per assigned
