• 制定和更新工作程序和政策以保持高標準的店鋪環境並確保客戶服務質量和安全；
• 負責員工招聘、培訓、管理和激勵，以提供優質服務並取得業務成果
• 與銷售和營銷團隊密切合作，執行營銷活動、促銷、展示和活動
• 制定有效的庫存控制和成本控制措施，使公司利潤最大化
