Responsibilities: 

1. Provide project ownership / leadership, including:

·         Being the primary conduit for all job information (communications and reporting)

·         Develop preliminary schedule milestones and tasks; work with resource managers to refine as necessary

·         Influence resource assignments and task allocation, and follow-up with all team members to be accountable for their tasks and to know the status of each assignment

·         Supervise internal resources and subcontractors and monitor progress in all phases

·         Attend client project meetings and monitor on-site progress

2. Understand and manage client expectations, including:

·         Client’s needs, project schedule, and budget

·         Proposed system performance criteria

Qualifications:

·         3 to 5 years Project Management experience

·         Experienced with Professional Service Project Management (Billable and P/L responsibilities)

·         Requires strong verbal and presentation skills.

·         Requires strong writing skills necessary to create detailed system proposals.

·         Must understand audiovisual, display and videoconferencing equipment, applications, and functionality.

Responsibilities： 

·         Develop and implement all new sales and business development activities on ERP software solution / Retailing System 

·         Providing support of win strategies through analysis, teaming discussions and recommendations

·         Plan sales activities and resources allocation

·         Contract negotiation with customers

·         Work with Project Pre-sales team

Requirements:

·         At least 2 years of selling Retailing System / ERP software solutions experience (i.e. Ufida / Kingdee / Microsoft dynamic )

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·         Immediate available is preferred
