Position Requirement: |
The Customer/Technical Support Analysts provide the NIC.MO call center services to customers and partners. Responsible for providing telephone, email, walk-in and other support services.
Duties: • Customer support for domain registration services • Answer customer’s inquires and log customer requests. • Take appropriate action to resolve problem to meet or exceed customer expectations. • Report, track and escalate processes as needed for resolution of issues. • Support general work in the team and handle support activities.
Skills / Requirements: • Basic knowledge of Internet, Security and telecommunication / networking concepts and ability to discuss them with intelligence and conviction. Desire and ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies. • Excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent communication (verbal, presentation and written) in at least two of the following languages: Chinese (Cantonese), Portuguese and English.
