• Create revenue through varied marketing activities and distribution channels including direct sales efforts necessary to achieve or exceed budgeted expectation, via prospecting new accounts, handling and qualifying customers in market segments (China Market in Thailand).
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to accomplish corporate goals and ensure share of market and profitability for Public Floor and Premium Hall
• Spearhead partnership marketing programs with appropriate business and industry partners China Market in Thailand with a view to advance brand awareness and equity of Nagaworld.
• Works with the Operation team to implement and optimize promotional activities, special events and entertainments in the premium hall.
• Manage and monitor overall database, emphasize on VIP/Premium customers
• Profiling all VVIP + VIP customers
• Provide the overall convenience to players, business partners, suppliers where suitable
• Support other departments on related activities

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in hospitality or in any related field
• University graduate in marketing, sales/hospitality discipline or equivalent education
• Proven track record in sales negotiations and closing skills
• Experience with marketing planning and execution
• Prior sales management experience, leading a geographically dispersed sales team, developing people and driving results
• Previous travel industry experience strongly preferred
• Extensive knowledge in the operation of premium traveler’s market and specialized tour group
• Fluency in spoken and written Chinese, English can be an optional.
