Responsibilities:
- Perform the role of business partner on day-to-day HR operation tasks including but not limited to recruitment & selection, on boarding & off boarding procedures, employment engagement, application & extension of work visa, benefits administration etc.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc management reports
- Organize staff relationship programs and staff activities
- Assist the deployment of HR policies and initiatives driven by Regional / Division Office
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- University graduate in HR Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience, preferably in MNCs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with outgoing personality
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
- Proficient in MS Office applications, SAP experience is a plus
- Familiar with Macau Labour Laws, work permit application procedures etc.
- A self-starter and able to perform multitasks
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
