Join our luxury brand client's team, an iconic Italian fashion brand renowned for its timeless elegance and exquisite craftsmanship.
Client Advisor, in partnership with the team, is responsible for reaching individual results and contributing also to the team targets.
Responsibilities and tasks: - Achieves excellent selling performances and results;
- Ensures a unique client experience, creating a long lasting relationship, taking care of all phases of the selling ceremony, after sales and clienteling activities;
- Implements and maintains Company’s Visual standards in store, collaborating with Visual Merchandising team, ensuring replenishment and stock management;
- Actively cooperates during preparation and execution of inventories, including stockroom maintenance, movement and replenishment;
- Works with the team effectively and enthusiastically, conveying energy and motivation, being a reliable partner.
Requirements: - Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales roles; Experience in structured Fashion Luxury Companies is a plus;
- Passionate for the brand
- Customer Service oriented and commercial mindset
- Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
- Good Team player with excellent interpersonal skills;
- Willingness to evolve in the organization, willingness to relocate is a plus;
- Proficiency in Local Language, English and Mandarin, another language is a plus;
- Openness to new technologies.

- 要求：
- 至少2年的銷售角色經驗；在結構化的時尚奢侈公司中有經驗者優先；
- 對品牌充滿熱
