Job Descriptions工作範疇/職責:

1)   Prepares beverage and serves the guests at assigned bar outlet and bar counter.

於被委派的酒吧範圍內為客人預備飲品及提供相關服務

2)   Performs pre-opening set-ups.

協助開業前的準備工作

3)   Ensures that all beverage service is provided in an efficient and pleasant manner in order to guarantee that our guests enjoy the most pleasant overall experience.

確保所有與飲品有關之服務有效率及流暢地運作，以保證客人能享受最愉快的服務體驗

4)   Follows all standards of service including hygiene, safety and service of beverages to guests.

遵循所有針對衛生、安全、服務有關的準則

Requirements工作要求:

1)   Minimum one year of related experience.

至少1年相關工作經驗

2)  Thorough knowledge in mixing drinks and relevant terminology.

      對調製飲品的配方、技術及術語有全面的了解

3)   Good command of spoken Cantonese & Mandarin is required, with basic spoken English is a bonus.

以良好廣東話及國語溝通，懂簡單英語溝通可獲優先考慮

4)   Ability to create new cocktails with the use of new products.

富有創意想法，敢於使用新產品去調製新雞尾酒和其他飲品

5)   Outgoing, confident and dynamic personality with a positive mindset.

性格外向活躍、自信及態度正面
