System Analyst

Job Description:

• Responsible for the operating system and associated subsystems 
• Provide system-level support of multi-user operating systems, hardware and software tools, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of these systems. Identify alternatives for optimizing computer resources
• Work closely with system administrator and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
• Research, plan, install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade operating systems
• Assist to perform and coordinates impact analysis and produces effort estimate
• Provide emergency on-call support

Job Specification:

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology field
• Macau BIR Holder
• 1 year of working experience in IT system support
• Good understanding on various Database systems and network infrastructure
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Good in written and spoken Chinese and English
• Willing to learn with good communication skills
